Five stars, but there’s room for improvement: 1. Walk-ins (same-day sick visits) are not available, despite being mentioned on the website. It’s best to call ahead before visiting. 2. There is no follow-up communication or explanation of wellness exam results. Patients are expected to review their results online, but the doctor doesn’t provide any notes or suggestions on the lab results. The next interaction is typically at the following year’s annual exam.

Dr. Lauren Goode left the practice in March 2025 so I saw Dr. Karen Galichon and she’s equally as good as Dr. Goode. Very, very thorough and listens to your concerns and answers your questions. Unfortunately I was informed today that she’s leaving the practice in September 2025. HCA stop letting all of the good doctors get away!!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional. From the nurse who shaved my hairy chest to perform my EKG reading to my doctor that was patient to understand my concerns. To the patriotic woman that painlessly drew blood for testing. The two people at the front desk seemed happy to help. This was the best experience I have ever experienced going to see a doctor. I made the right choice. These people are great people, and you can tell they truly care about helping.
